The following project presents the design and construction based on the simulation of a channel for student use within the facilities of the private university of Trujillo, which would benefit the students of the civil engineering career.The aim of this project is to contribute to and improve the academic and technical aspects of students studying the area of fluid mechanics, hydrology and sanitation, also for experimentation, for example, in the future, prototypes for the generation of energy can be carried out electricity from the energy that can potentially be obtained from the project.For the execution of the project, technical visits were made to structures already built and taken as a model so that the project has the viability in terms of its design and subsequent construction.
