    The objective of demonstrating that the educational program for the aggressor developed by ICAP as part of its legal effectiveness of the competent verification body will improve the protection measures against family violence in Sullana, 2019 The research was descriptive of an explanatory level with focus quantitative cross-sectional pre-experimental design. The sample is 50 Sullana family law attorneys who were surveyed about this proposal, and this showed that 100% of lawyers consider the educational program for the aggressor developed by ICAP as part of its effectiveness. The legal authority of the competent verification body will improve the protection measures against family violence in Sullana. 2019, however, only 27% believe that the judges are prepared in matters of RESTORATIVE JUSTICE, which concludes that the program should be implemented as soon as possible in how to train judges and prosecutors in the new restorative justice so that this program is successfully replicated in the other National Bar Associations
