    The objective of demonstrating that the educational program for the aggressor developed by ICAP as part of its legal effectiveness of the competent verification body will improve the protection measures against family violence in Sullana, 2019 The research was descriptive of an explanatory level with focus quantitative cross-sectional pre-experimental design. The sample is 50 Sullana family law attorneys who were surveyed about this proposal, and this showed that 100% of lawyers consider the educational program for the aggressor developed by ICAP as part of its effectiveness. The legal authority of the competent verification body will improve the protection measures against family violence in Sullana. 2019, however, only 27% believe that the judges are prepared in matters of RESTORATIVE JUSTICE, which concludes that the program should be implemented as soon as possible in how to train judges and prosecutors in the new restorative justice so that this program is successfully replicated in the other National Bar Associations

    The present research work aims to demonstrate the implementation of a competent body of verification with respect to measures of protection on family violence to ensure effective compliance in family courts. Sullana.2018. In Sullana which is the place that develops our research being part of the same analysis according to the location of the problem that we have focused and which certainly consider justifiable to propitiate so hypothetically that it is possible to tell with a duly specialized agency and with very professional staff check the measures of protection that judges often dictate in cases of family violence, but sometimes members of the police failing to comply for various problems of institutional order.
