    To optimize the progress, the harmony and the union of the towns that are forgotten by the authorities on duty is that the proposal for the improvement and rehabilitation of the neighborhood roads of the Labunday route is made, due to the problem derived from abandonment and the lack of attitude of people in charge of developing population welfare policies, climate change, continuous rains as well as difficult access to nearby communities. This research is carried out to mitigate and solve the problems of quality of life, inadequate road infrastructure in the areas and have efficient access to the roads, which in great magnitude will offer optimum traffic quality. According to the views carried out, data could be obtained in order to determine the situation in which this route is located, it is in this sense that the improvement is proposed using the Slurry method, this is appropriate to the techniques and methods established by the Ministry of Transport and communications according to its design manuals for low traffic roads, due to the hydrological conditions of the area; It is also intended to make soil improvements for the sections that require it as the investigation warrants.
