    The present research work called Implementation of the integral basic sanitation service in the town of utaja chilacachi, is located in the district of Ilave, province of Collao, region Puno, is constituted by 213 inhabitants, with a trail access carrosable trail, an average of 30 minutes of travel from Ilave to Utaja Chilacachi, when the visit was carried out in insitu, the consumption of contaminated water was found, coming from springs and streams, by the inhabitants of the locality, also the disposal of excreta was found, causing as a consequence of intestinal diseases, this being the problem determined. For which water quality evaluation has been carried out, chemical analysis complemented with physical and bacteriological analysis determined through laboratory tests and the respective verification. That the project will subsequently be presented to the Ministry of Housing and Sanitation, the provincial municipality of El Collao. From the perspective of reality, it has been determined to provide alternative solutions, to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants, with the implementation of the comprehensive basic sanitation service in the town of Utaja Chilacachi in the district of Ilave, province of Collao.
