    The present investigation was carried out in Trujillo, in the Private University of Trujillo, for the same, in the Inca Roca street, El Milagro town center, for the execution of said project to improve vehicular and pedestrian traffic, and to achieve the objective was made : the study of all the theoretical bases and the background was involved in the design of the flexible pavement, it was also studied all the parameters of the design as: topographic study, study of soil mechanics, traffic study, for it, it has been carried out a flexible pavement design to improve the quality of life of the population. The present investigation is the experimental type of experimental, the data collection is used the technique of observation, the instrument is used the observation guide, the method is used descriptive statistics, the problem is that different streets and avenues of the populated center the miracle does not have an asphalt folder. With the studies carried out, he came to a conclusion that proposes an asphalt folder of 9 cm, base 16 cm, subbase 20 cm.

    The present investigation was carried out in Trujillo, in the private university of Trujillo, to elaborate this investigation the flexible pavement design was proposed for the improvement of vehicular and pedestrian passability of the Inca Roca street, the miracle center, and to achieve the The objective was realized: the study of all the theoretical bases and antecedents involved in the flexible pavement design, also studied all the design parameters such as: topographic study, study of soil mechanics, traffic study, in order to carry out a design optimal to improve the quality of life of the population by reducing pollution due to dust; the present investigation is a non-experimental type of descriptive cross-sectional design, the data collection was done using the review technique and content analysis, the instrument used was the documentary analysis, the method used was descriptive statistics, the problem is that different streets and avenues do not have an asphalt folder, this causes a bad situation in the population and directly affects the transporters.
