They are currently in poor condition due to the age and lack of maintenance; In addition, it only supplies the most concentrated population, covering 60% of the population. The Villagers of the hamlet of Cusipampa have been requesting the elaboration of a Technical Proposal that gives solution to this condition, when evaluating and verifying that said hamlet currently has the water system in bad conditions, in addition the operation and maintenance have been null, originating that the liquid element that arrives at the houses of the Cusipampa farm is of poor quality and there is also loss of water due to broken pipes, on the other hand the inadequate provisions of excreta, cause the increase of infectious diseases such as acute diarrhea, diseases respiratory, among others. It is for this reason that the improvement of the drinking water and basic sanitation system with UBS provision is urgently needed in order to improve the quality of life of the population by reducing the costs of health residents. This project is framed within the sectorial-functional policy guidelines and in the national, regional and local context (Master Plan, Regional and Local Development Plan).

To optimize the progress, the harmony and the union of the towns that are forgotten by the authorities on duty is that the proposal for the improvement and rehabilitation of the neighborhood roads of the Labunday route is made, due to the problem derived from abandonment and the lack of attitude of people in charge of developing population welfare policies, climate change, continuous rains as well as difficult access to nearby communities. This research is carried out to mitigate and solve the problems of quality of life, inadequate road infrastructure in the areas and have efficient access to the roads, which in great magnitude will offer optimum traffic quality. According to the views carried out, data could be obtained in order to determine the situation in which this route is located, it is in this sense that the improvement is proposed using the Slurry method, this is appropriate to the techniques and methods established by the Ministry of Transport and communications according to its design manuals for low traffic roads, due to the hydrological conditions of the area; It is also intended to make soil improvements for the sections that require it as the investigation warrants.

In the town of Pichunchuco they suffer from the basic drinking water and sanitation service, they do not have the water service. As for the excreta disposal system, the population uses artisanal wells, which are close to homes. With the execution of this project, the construction of basic services is proposed, providing localities with efficient drinking water systems and disposal of excreta from the hamlets. With respect to the sector policy guidelines, the project is part of Function 18: Sanitation and Program 040: Sanitation, within its definition, as: "Set of actions to guarantee the supply of drinking water, implementation and maintenance of the Sanitary Latrinization of the sanitary and pluvial population center, as well as for the improvement of the sanitary conditions of the population.It includes the planning, promotion and development of the entities that provide sanitation services.

In Peru, road design is one the largest projects. Due to its contribution to the development of the provinces, cities and towns. The purpose of the research is the neighborhood road rehabilitation. It will be developed in compliance with all the specific objectives set out in the research for its development and execution of said project. The purpose of this is to carry out the rehabilitation of the neighborhood road located in the cochorco district, the section begins in a detour along the Pe 10C national route arriving at detour For this we carry out the well detailed studies of the road such as: soil study, survey to non-experimental descriptive research in or that is; topographic, study of quarries, hydrological study, analysis of geometric design and budget preparation, applying the technical knowledge of engineering and current regulations by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The road improves the quality of life of the inhabitants to have greater access to health centers, education and economic social development. The present investigation tries to establish the theoretical bases for the design of the potable water system of the Cruz Pampa Alta farmhouse of the Angasmarca district in the province of Santiago de Chuco, department of La Libertad. Establish the theoretical basis for the present study, born from the need to have the structural design of the drinking water system and to have an efficient drinking water service. The importance of this theoretical basis of this project lies in improving the supply of the potable water service in the Cruz Pampa Alta farmhouse of the Angasmarca District, contributing to the reduction of the diseases that mainly affect the children of the mentioned Caserío. Part of the solution to the problem lies in proposing through these theoretical bases a proposal for the design of the drinking water network system; That is why this work is important. With this research, the development of the population is sought, improving in principle the quality of life and promoting the progress of the Cruz Pampa Alta farm, efficiently responding to the urgent demand for drinking water, using appropriate techniques and reliable and valid instruments that currently they are required for the development of projects of this nature.

This research seeks to establish the traffic study for the design of the improvement of the neighborhood road in the Ocuviri district, Lampa province, Puno; taking into account the need of the population to improve their roads, the research establishes the study of traffic, this arises from the need to propose the design for the improvement of the neighborhood road and to have an efficient service of pedestrian passability service and vehicular. The importance of this traffic study research for this project lies in the improvement of the roads of the Ocuviri district, benefiting the population and contributing to the improvements in social life, improvement in the economic development of the population and generating a link between towns and improvements in intercommunication with towns. The main problem must be solved considering in principle the traffic study for the proposal of the present design, that is why this work is important. With the present research, presenting the traffic study for the design of the improvement of the neighborhood roads of the Ocuviri district, projects of this nature are efficiently attended to after the need for the social and family development of the towns. This monograph seeks to obtain the necessary technical information to prepare the research Evaluation with the PCI and MTC method for the maintenance of flexible pavements in Avenida Roma, Trujillo district, in the year 2019. The present investigation intends to gather information to know the condition of the pavement state in Rome avenue in the Trujillo district, to know the state of deterioration that this road has that is a vital component in the pavement maintenance system, there are different methods of quantification of the current state. Such research is proposed in order to find a solution to the problem that is currently in flexible pavements, such as the pathological damage that exists. Thus, it is also intended to be better informed about such problems that the pavements in Trujillo present and can serve as a precedent for the maintenance of flexible pavements using the PCI Method and the MTC for subsequent observations and work carried out by the city's district entity in charge of the Trujillo district municipality.
