With the execution of this project, the basic service is proposed, providing the town with an efficient drinking water system in the village. With regard to the sector policy guidelines, the project is part of Function 18: Sanitation and Program 040: Sanitation, within its definition, as: "Set of actions to guarantee the supply of drinking water in the rural village of Ocoruro , as well as for the improvement of the quality of life.

The residents. Currently, some locations have a deteriorated, insufficient and non-operational drinking water supply system, therefore, they request the Improvement and Installation of the Drinking Water and Sanitation System of the previously described locations; which should be considered an emergency since the system does not supply the entire population. It should be noted that the system was built for the first time in the year 1996, by the Public Institution FONCODES, Municipality and Local Community, that is to say, it is currently 21 years old. This system has fulfilled its useful life being collapsed and the infrastructure due to lack of maintenance is totally damaged. Given the situation of the deteriorated existing infrastructure, the coverage to the population is nil. So the families stock up on nearby springs and streams that dry out during the dry season. Hauling is done by buckets. The average water carrying time for homes is 60 minutes per trip

The present research work called Implementation of the integral basic sanitation service in the town of utaja chilacachi, is located in the district of Ilave, province of Collao, region Puno, is constituted by 213 inhabitants, with a trail access carrosable trail, an average of 30 minutes of travel from Ilave to Utaja Chilacachi, when the visit was carried out in insitu, the consumption of contaminated water was found, coming from springs and streams, by the inhabitants of the locality, also the disposal of excreta was found, causing as a consequence of intestinal diseases, this being the problem determined. For which water quality evaluation has been carried out, chemical analysis complemented with physical and bacteriological analysis determined through laboratory tests and the respective verification. That the project will subsequently be presented to the Ministry of Housing and Sanitation, the provincial municipality of El Collao. From the perspective of reality, it has been determined to provide alternative solutions, to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants, with the implementation of the comprehensive basic sanitation service in the town of Utaja Chilacachi in the district of Ilave, province of Collao.

The present investigation seeks to demonstrate that the shortage of drinking water and rural basic sanitation is a necessity that the locality of Cachimarca has, which today is depleted by population growth and primarily by its structural deficiency with a poor quality system and without any type of chlorination, currently only puquios and ditches are supplied by groundwater causing diseases. Therefore, it is proposed to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of Cachimarca, implementing a system of drinking water and basic rural sanitation for an optimal supply and quality, improving the conditions of quality of life of the population. As well as the calculations and technical proposal that favors for the correct use and conditioning by means of the training and operation of the system, establishing as parameters the number of inhabitants to whom the service will be provided analyzing the supply and demand and the flow of capacity of the catchment to supply the population under study.

This work is developed with compliance and state policies with a view to covering 100% water. And it also seeks to obtain the necessary technical information to prepare the research: predominance of the use of drinking water for the population of Caluyo, a population of approximately 252 beneficiaries according to the pattern that was carried out. The project called “Improvement of the System of Potable Water and Basic Sanitation of the Town of Caluyo, San Anton District, Azángaro Province, Puno Department” will be demonstrated to the Ministry of Housing and Sanitation for its subsequent evaluation and its respective financing regarding the evaluation This project has identified the need to provide drinking water in order to improve the standard of living of said population, its public services, which has the general objective of determining the current state of the drinking water system, specific objectives evaluate the current state of the water network system, evaluate the current infrastructure of the drinking water system and determine the current and future population of the locality the methodology applied is non-experimental, descriptive, it is worth mentioning the favored are in the mood to have the project that examines different components such as recruitment, re servo, driving line, UBS and final disposal.
