    This project is framed within the sectoral objective to develop a proposal for a study on expanding WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM FROM THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE POPULATION OF THE TOWN CENTER GALINDO, DISTRICT OF LAREDO, PROVINCE OF TRUJILLO - FREEDOM. The study is descriptive and non experimental research because it presents a practical and according to the situation in which the population of the town center Galindo, District of Laredo - Province of Trujillo. Technique used is the direct and / observation and research tool by filling the respective observation sheet.
